We support customization with mainstream knitting materials including wool, cashmere, cotton yarn, mohair, and blended yarn, with optional thickness for all materials. We also accept customer-provided yarn; please ensure sufficient quantity, and we will check the yarn's toughness and knitability for free.
It depends on design complexity and craft requirements. Basic scarves/hats take 3-5 working days, regular sweaters/cardigans 7-10 working days, and complex patterns/3D styles 10-15 working days. We will inform you in advance of any production time adjustments during peak seasons.
Full size customization is supported; please provide accurate measurements such as height, weight, shoulder width/bust. We also accept design drawings, reference images or text descriptions from customers. Our designers will confirm details and renderings with you in advance before starting knitting.
All custom pieces come with a 3-month free after-sales service. Non-human damaged snags, loose threads and stitch loosening can be sent back for free repair. For human damaged issues, we provide cost-effective repair services and a complimentary knitting care manual.
Yes. For the selected yarn material and pattern technique, we will first make a small sample (e.g., 5*5cm knitting block) for you to confirm the texture, stitches and color matching. Official customization will start only after sample confirmation to avoid deviations.
