Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Q: What is your minimum order quantity for custom apparel?
A: Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style/color/size combination for most apparel types (t-shirts, polos, hoodies). For premium items (jackets, dresses) the MOQ is 30 pieces. We offer flexible MOQs for long-term business partners (starting from 20 pieces).


Q: Do you accept sample orders before bulk production?
A: Yes, we provide sample orders (1-5 pieces) with a sample fee (refundable upon bulk order confirmation). Sample lead time is 5-7 business days.

Production Lead Time

Q: What is your standard production lead time for custom orders?
A: Standard lead time is 10-15 business days after artwork approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders are available (5-7 business days), with the specific timeline subject to actual circumstances such as fabric type, order complexity and production schedule.


Q: How long does it take to receive samples?
A: Digital samples (mockups) are provided within 24 hours. Physical samples take 5-7 business days for standard designs, 7-10 days for complex customizations (embroidery, special fabrics).

Custom Design Process

Q: What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
A: We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG (300dpi+), and SVG files for print/embroidery designs. Our design team can also redraw low-resolution files for a small fee.


Q: Do you offer design assistance for custom apparel?
A: Yes, our in-house design team provides free basic design consultation and mockup creation. For complex custom designs (pattern making, technical drawings), we charge a one-time design fee ($50-$150 depending on complexity).


Q: Can I modify the design after production has started?
A: Design changes are only possible before production begins (before fabric cutting). Post-production modifications will incur additional costs and delay delivery.

Material & Fabric Options

Q: What fabric types do you offer for custom apparel?
A: We offer cotton (100% cotton, combed cotton, organic cotton), polyester, cotton-poly blends, spandex/lycra, fleece, mesh, and specialty fabrics (waterproof, flame-retardant, anti-microbial). We can also source custom fabrics upon request.


Q: Do you provide fabric swatches for quality checks?
A: Yes, we offer free fabric swatch packs (up to 10 swatches) with only shipping costs applied. Swatches are shipped within 2 business days of request.


Q: Can you use eco-friendly/sustainable fabrics?
A: Yes, we offer organic cotton, recycled polyester, bamboo, and hemp fabrics. MOQ for sustainable fabrics is slightly higher (75 pieces per style).

Pricing & Payment Terms

Q: How is pricing determined for custom apparel orders?
A: Pricing is based on quantity, fabric type, design complexity (print/embroidery), and customization level. We offer volume discounts for orders over 500 pieces (5-15% off).


Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. For long-term clients (6+ months), we offer net-30 payment terms after credit approval.


Q: Do you provide price quotes without commitment?
A: Yes, we offer free, no-obligation quotes within 24 hours of receiving your order details (quantity, fabric, design requirements).

Quality Control

Q: What quality control measures do you have in place?
A: We implement 3-stage QC: (1) Fabric inspection upon arrival, (2) In-process inspection during production, (3) Final inspection before packaging (100% check for defects, sizing accuracy, and design adherence).


Q: What happens if there are quality issues with the order?
A: We replace defective items free of charge and cover shipping costs for returns. For critical quality issues, we offer full refund or re-production within 7 business days.


Q: Can I send a QC inspector to your factory?
A: Yes, we welcome third-party or client QC inspections at our factory. We provide full support for inspection scheduling and documentation.

Shipping & Logistics

Q: What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders?
A: We offer sea freight (25-35 days), air freight (5-7 days), and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-5 days). We handle all customs documentation for international shipments.


Q: Do you offer door-to-door shipping?
A: Yes, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most countries, which includes all shipping, customs duties, and taxes. This is our most popular option for B2B clients.


Q: Who is responsible for shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are quoted separately and can be included in the total order price. For orders over $10,000, we offer free sea freight shipping to major ports.
