Pre-Production & Technical Confirmation
Process: Sample Cutting / Sewing → QC & Order Follow-up Audit → IE Cost Calculation → Quotation → Sample Delivery for Client Confirmation
Core Objective: Complete prototype production, technical review, cost accounting, and obtain client sample confirmation.
Bulk Production Initiation Phase
Process: Sign Procurement Contract / PO → Create Bulk Production Requisition → Confirm Bulk Procurement & Cutting Quantity → Pattern Room Adjustments
Core Objective: Lock procurement & production plans, complete pre-production adjustments, and start bulk production.
Bulk Production & Quality Control
Process: Pattern Room / Cutting Room / Sewing Production → Pre-production Sample Inspection → Dimension Verification → Bulk Production (Sewing / Ironing) → Packaging → QC Sampling Inspection

Once the sample design is confirmed, we will discuss further details; our sample fee ranges from $80 to $500 per piece depending on design complexity, shipping costs are not included, but the shipping fee will be deducted from the total cost of your subsequent bulk order, and samples will be ready for delivery within 7–12 working days after payment is received.
